My workshops and talks can empower you and your leaders to be more effective in your roles, provide better support to your congregations, and enhance the overall health and cohesion of your church community.
Each talk is 60 minutes and can be adjusted. A question and answer time afterwards is suggested. Talks are ready to be given to your church staff team, specific congregations and groups e.g. women’s event, seniors’ gathering.

We examine the cycle of loneliness, links to mental health issues, explores Biblical friendship, highlighting the radical nature of Christian relationships and the church's role in reaching out to the poor in society. Discover how to intentionally build and nurture friendships.

We explore well-being in relation to identity in Christ, how living well goes beyond health, comfort and success. Learn tools for enhancing well-being, distinguishing between mental health and mental wellbeing & how God's power helps us to truly live.

We uncover how trauma impacts on relationships with oneself, others, and God. We address vicarious trauma, the healing process, and strategies for supporting individuals in church communities. Book your staff team to grow in trauma-informed preaching & practice.

We take an overview of depression and anxiety disorders, covering symptoms, treatment options, and their effects on Christians. Develop strategies for fostering hope and ways of carrying friends to Jesus.

We consider models of change and challenges of personal transformation and examine God's role in transformation through sanctification. Discover key strategies for change and how faith & repentance enable this process.
